"Jó gondolatokra épül alapvetően, de van pár nagyon idegesítő dolog. Pl nem tudom megnézni a giro számom, ha megpróbáltam exportálni egy kivonat reszeletet, akkor megnyílik majd fél másodpercen belül bezárodik, mielőtt meg tudnám nézni. A teljes kivonatot pedig nem tudom lementeni, csak megosztani (pdf formátumban)"

"Válasz: Tisztelt Cib Bank! Hogyha elolvassák az értékelésem, láthatják, hogy nem nyerte el tetszésem az app. 😒 Értékelésem: Jó lenne az app, ha mindig megbízhatóan működne. Sajnos nem így működik. Pl. épp most szeretnék token kódot lekérni az app-tól, hogy az online banki rendszerbe be tudjak lépni, de az app nem tölti be a token felületet. 🙄 Több funkció még mindig, vagy 2 évvel a teljes app frissítés után is hiányzik az app-ból, ez a többi alkalmazással összehasonlítva érthetetlen dolog."

"A partnerkezelés elég zavaros. Kell egy név és egy becenév, de ezután kell alá számla vagy sablon amihez szintén kell név és becenév, de csak az első utalás közben derül ki melyik nevet fogja használni, nem egyértelmű. Sablonnál a jelöléssel ellentétben kötelező az összeg is. Miért? Kinek 10x fontosabb a további sorok megjelenítésénél, hogy legyen kedvenc partnerem??? előbbit alig lehet eltalálni, utóbbi 1/3 képernyő!!! Miért nem lehet kikapcsolni a feleslegesen reklámozott funkciókat?"

"Eloszor probaltam online bankszámlát nyitni naluk, aszongya 24 oras jovahagyas, maga a folyamat teljesen robotizalt es siman ment, azert nem nulla csillag. Ok, eltelik az Ido, semmi. Belepnek az appba, kuldetem a pin kodot, nem jon. Kesett 5-10 percet, akkor meg mar lejart. Profi. Na jo, harmadszorra sikere, belepek. Ott uzenet, hogy nem nyithato meg a szamla, hogy miert az titok-vmi feltetel nem teljesult szerintuk. Errol se email se sms indoklas se semmi. Komoly elmeny volt"
